In 2013, Mike's father, a 63-year-old US veteran, underwent ankle replacement surgery, requiring lengthy recovery and rehabilitation. After physical therapy, he was unsure about engaging in physical activities, so Mike devised a fitness program to help his father regain confidence and mobility.
The program successfully boosted his father's confidence, enabling him to enjoy hobbies like attending sporting events and golfing. This initiative inspired the creation of the MPR Senior Med Exercise Program, which also aided his father's knee replacement recovery in 2018.
At MPR Med Exercise, our values guide everything we do.
